On Tuesday, we gathered to mark the one-year anniversary of the planting of our Peace Pole, simple but powerful reminder of the message it carries: “May peace prevail on Earth.”

Over the past year, this Peace Pole has stood as a symbol of hope, unity and our shared responsibility to promote peace within our community and beyond.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us in reflecting on its meaning and celebrating this special anniversary. May its message continue to inspire us in the year ahead.

September is Literacy Month! 📚

In honor of Literacy Month, our Rotary Club refreshed our Little Free Libraries at Saint Mary’s Cancer Center and Millard-Henry Clinic of Dover with new books for our community to enjoy.

Need a book? Take one! Have a book to share? Leave one! 💙

We’re proud to support literacy and make books a little more accessible throughout our community, one book at a time. 📖

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for Rotary Bingo at Point Remove! 🎉

We had such a fun evening of bingo and giveaways, all while raising money for River Valley Christmas for Kids, which helps provide local children with a special shopping experience during the holiday season.

A big thank you to Point Remove for hosting us, to everyone who donated giveaways, and to each person who came out to play and support this meaningful cause.

See you next quarter!

Our 2nd annual Christmas for Kids event was an incredible success today! We were able to provide Christmas to 22 children today! Special thank you to our local law enforcement agencies for shopping with, the Arkansas tech women’s basketball team for wrapping presents and Walmart for generously allowing us to take over their garden center and provide donuts and juice for everyone! We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and can’t wait to see this event grow in years to come!
