The Dumpling Festival is coming! Join us on Saturday, September 26 from 3:30-7pm at Adams Park AND Birch Street Plaza to celebrate one of the world’s most beloved foods.

The Dumpling Festival will bring together local restaurants and vendors to showcase their own delicious takes on this global comfort food—from traditional recipes to creative new twists.

This year, we are launching "Tasting Bundles," which will get you five dumpling samples from any vendor of your choice. For $30, it's your fast pass to the festival! Learn more at roslindale.net/dumplings

Kick off your long weekend with us at the Farmers Market!

This week's programming:

We are currently running our SNAP Market Bucks Program where SNAP recipients can stop by the Market Manager's tent to pick up $10 in Market Bucks to spend on SNAP eligible items at the Farmers Market that day. PLEASE NOTE: September 12 is the last week that the SNAP Market Program will run!

The Farmers Market takes place at Adams Park every Saturday, 9am-1:30pm from June 6 - November 21, 2026.

The Dumpling Festival is back and bigger than ever! Join us on Saturday, September 26 from 3:30-7pm at Adams Park AND Birch Street Plaza to celebrate one of the world’s most beloved foods.

Attention Business Owners!

We will hold "Focus on Funding," an Access to Capital Workshop & Resource Fair on Wednesday, September 16 from 10am-12pm at the Roslindale Community Center (located at 6 Cummins Highway). Join us for a morning of education and resource sharing all about accessing capital for your business. The event will include a Loan Readiness Workshop followed by a Resource Fair where you'll hear from local banks, nonprofit lenders, and other organizations about their loan programs and other offerings.

We've had so much fun dancing with you this month, and we'll be back for one more week this Thursday!

On Thursday evenings in August, we're holding a salsa lesson from 6-7pm led by Salsa y Control Dance Studio and then open dance from 7-8pm to take advantage of the long summer evenings and fill Birch Street Plaza with movement and music.
