Well, after two years, countless contractors and labors of love, Jakes Farm In The Dell a.k.a. proactive living facility is finally done with Construction.🚧.
We await the final certification for the Montana Department of public health and human services so we can take Montana Medicaid for our clients or residents. It’s been a difficult struggle, but nonetheless worth it. Stay tuned. .

Entrance to Jakes Farm In The Dell at proactive living facility is done. Is was difficult finding a painter so I want to think the two individuals that were able to get this portion completed. Still not done but almost.

In need of gently used bed frames for double beds (3), three double bed mattresses and frames, dressers, and end tables for beds. Proud to announce we have recieved our provisional license to serve the Montana Autism Adult Communitty Homes for persons with Develpmental Disabilities from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. Stay Tuned.

Our non profit is currently in the certification phase to become a licensed provider with the Montana Department of PHHS.

We have known Kaden who also has autism his entire life and his family. What an honor for our love and late Son Jake. Kaden is the big man in the middle. With his parents, Amy and Dan Miller and younger brother Sam. acceptance.

Our 2025 IRS filing is available on our website. Take a look at what our non profit has done for the past year in building our home for adults with autism.

This guy finished what we started in the west side today at Jake’s farm in the dell at Proactive Living Facility on Tuesday as the weather came around. The rest coming along nicely.
