🎟️ Are you up to the challenge? We will be meeting at the brand new Escapology of Naperville. Grand Opening planned for May 2026. If you are interetsed in maybe trying a room during the event, please put that in your log so we can let the business know. This location does NOT have food/drink but there is a nearby business that would be happy to help. Info for food/drink will be available at the event.
We will be in the party room, but if you want try your skills in an escape room, discounts will be available.
FRIDAY

🎫 Here is a unique opportunity to see the Joliet Correctional Center (originally known as Illinois State Penitentiary or Old Joliet Prison). It opened in 1858 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The limestone used to build the prison was quarried on the site.
Old Joliet Prison isn't just an old, closed prison, it is part of Pop Culture. Movie and television productions have used Joliet Prison several times for some very iconic and popular shows. Which one is your favorite?
This will be the official kickoff event of the adventure labs for the 2026 Coinfest Geocoin Challenge. Complete all 20 planned adventure labs, bring your phone to the Geocoin Challenge table at the main event on Saturday showing you have them completed and pick-up your FREE geocoin.

🎟️ Join us as we celebrate Geocoinfest with a Halloween Themed Costume party. We will be meeting in the Joliet room at Hero's West in Joliet. Hero's is a full service, family friendly sports bar and grill. Food and drink will be available for purchase. However, there is no purchase required.
The costume party details as well as prizes are still TBD and will be announced closer to the event date.
SATURDAY

🎫 Enjoy a day talking, purchasing and browsing geocoins and trackables, that includes how to design and the production process. Earn free geocoins for your own collection!!!
We are arranging for free to attend seminars during the event. Details and schedule TBD. Stay tuned.
Save plenty of time to visit the vendor booths to see the new items they have. This is a great opportunity to touch and feel items you might only see online.
Geocoin and trackable trading tables will be available all day.
Take a walk through our display of over 200 geocoins.

🎟️ Whether you are a card shark or casual observer, join us after the main event Saturday night for Geocoin Poker. There is no requirement to play in the tournament. You are welcome to just mingle, relax and cheer on your favorite player!!.
We encourage anyone to come even if you don't intend to play. There will be plenty of tables and chairs available for everyone attending. The will be bar service available for your beverage needs. No purchase is required to attend.
SUNDAY

🎫 Join us on the last day of Geocoinfest for a hearty breakfast right by the host hotel!
For the locals, this location should be very familiar as we have held numerous Breakfast in the Blustery Burbs (BITBB) events at this location. The staff here always takes great care of us.

🎟️ Working with the Isle a la Cache Museum and the Will County Forest Preserve District we will be coming together to clean up the local area. Grabbers and bags will be provided by WCFPD. Gloves are highly recommended.
The Isle a la Cache Museum is open to the public free of charge. It also offers picnic, camping and dog park permits for purchase.
