We’re offering an Accelerated SiT Session designed specifically for those who want to take the next step in bringing Christ-centered trauma care to their communities.

This accelerated session allows you to experience the heart and tools of SiT while preparing for future training. We believe in doing the work ourselves first—and this is where that journey begins.

đź“… Session Options:
• Thursdays from 6–8 PM starting June 4th
• Thursdays from 10 AM–12 PM starting June 11th

If you have a heart to walk alongside women who are hurting and want to learn how to lead a SiT Session in your church or ministry, we would love for you to join us.

It’s easy to let our anger turn toward the person who hurt us.
But Scripture calls us to something higher.

“Love your enemies… pray for those who spitefully use you.” — Matthew 5:44

This doesn’t mean ignoring wrong or allowing harm.
It means recognizing that sin is the problem—not the person.

When we shift our focus, we begin to respond with truth, wisdom, and Christ-centered love—
instead of reacting in ways that cause more damage.

This is not easy.
But it is the path that leads to healing, peace, and freedom. đź’›

Reconciliation and restoration are dependent on repentance and forgiveness.

Scripture shows us how to restore one who is walking in sin:
“If a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness...” — Galatians 6:1a

Truth, gentleness, humility and a repentant heart are required for restoration.
And in the midst, God calls all of us to guard ourselves.

Your healing is not dependent on another person's apology.
It is dependent on our obedience to Christ.

In our latest blog, we walk through what it means to move forward when reconciliation doesn’t happen—and how God rebuilds what was broken, even when relationships look different.

Anger is often rooted in real pain—
betrayal, loss, injustice, or being unseen.

God doesn’t ask us to ignore it.
He invites us to bring it to Him.

“Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

As we surrender our anger to Christ, He begins to transform it—
from something that wounds others
into something that leads to truth, healing, and peace.

We’re honored to be leading a breakout session at the CMCA (Correctional Ministries and Chaplains Association) Conference at Wheaton College this weekend! 💛

During our session, we’ll be sharing the importance of community in the process of restoration—and why healing was never meant to happen in isolation.

True restoration isn’t just about what happens within us, but also who walks alongside us. God uses community to bring support, truth, and encouragement as we navigate the hard places.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this conversation and to share how Christ-centered community plays a vital role in caring well for those who are hurting.

Every year, God gathers people with a shared burden for those behind and beyond the walls.

Different stories. Different roles. One faithful God.

Tomorrow, we gather again.
God Our Provider.

“A soft answer turns away wrath…” — Proverbs 15:1

In moments of hurt, our instinct is often to react—quickly, loudly, and defensively. But Scripture calls us to something different: a measured, thoughtful response.

Responding doesn’t mean ignoring pain.
It means allowing God to guide how we express it.

There is strength in restraint.
There is wisdom in pause.

✨ A fresh update—with the same meaning. ✨

You may notice our Sanctuary in Trauma logo looks a little different. We didn’t change it drastically—just gave it a fresh update to better reflect who we are and what God is continuing to do through this ministry. 💛

And the meaning behind it remains the same:

💚 The green “I” represents life and renewal. It reflects a personal posture—I choose to grow, even in the midst of hard circumstances, trusting that God is still at work.

✝️ At the center is the cross.
Everything we do flows from here.
The middle cross represents Jesus’ sacrifice—the foundation of our hope, healing, and restoration.

The crosses beside it are a reminder that each of us is faced with a choice:
what will we do with Him?

This logo continues to point us back to where we belong—
at the foot of the cross, where we find truth, healing, and eternal hope.

What will we do with Him?

Anger is a part of life in our broken world.
What we do with it matters.

Scripture tells us:
“Be angry, and do not sin…” — Ephesians 4:26

God Himself expresses anger in response to sin or injustice.
But when our anger is left unchecked, it can quickly move to something destructive.

Wisdom begins when we follow God's instruction and refuse to let the sun go down on our wrath.

Not every human relationship can be reconciled.
And Scripture never promises that it will.

That can feel confusing—especially when you’re trying to do the right thing, forgive, and pursue peace.

But God’s Word brings clarity:
“If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.” — Romans 12:18

Sometimes, reconciliation isn’t possible.
And when it isn’t, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

Your healing was never dependent on another person's response.
Christ can still bring restoration to you—even if the relationship is not reconciled. 💛

In our newest blog, we explore what true, biblical restoration looks like when reconciliation doesn’t happen—and how God can continue His work--there is always hope.
