Travis Mills Foundation

Travis Mills Foundation Supporting America's recalibrated veteran families at our world class retreat in Maine. The Travis Mills Foundation chose Maine for many reasons.
(1)

There is an abundance of lakes, wildlife, and fresh air which provide peace and tranquility for veteran families that attend the retreat. Making it a perfect environment for families to reconnect. The Mills family has close ties to the state of Maine -- Kelsey is a Maine native. With Maine placed as the third highest per capita veteran population in the United States, they knew Maine was the right

fit for the retreat. Post 9/11 veterans who have been injured in active duty or as a result of their service to our nation receive an all-inclusive, all-expenses paid, barrier-free experience in Maine where they participate in adaptive activities, bond with other veteran families, and enjoy much-needed rest and relaxation in Maine’s outdoors.

This is what progress looks like!

Our partners at H.E. Callahan Construction captured an incredible look from above as approximately 150 cubic yards, nearly 300 tons, of concrete were poured for our new Warrior PATHH facility.

Once complete, this space will allow us to expand Warrior PATHH and serve even more veterans and first responders, while creating additional space for other important TMF programming.
Check out the video to see this major milestone in action, it’s pretty cool to watch!

Earlier this week, the Travis Mills Foundation was proud to host a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at the White Duck Brew Pub to celebrate some of the incredible people who give their time and talents to support our mission.

And there’s a lot to celebrate! 💙

We have 414 active volunteers that have contributed more than 3,800 hours to TMF so far this year. From supporting programs and events to lending a hand at the Retreat and behind the scenes, our volunteers are an important part of everything we do.

We’re incredibly thankful for each and every one of you!
