Comparing yourself to others can be harmful because it distorts reality. You measure your self worth against everyone else's public highlight reel.

Comparison is the thief of joy, turning your focus away from personal growth and pushing you toward self-doubt.

Everyone starts at a different place. We all have different pasts, experiences, skills, family backgrounds, and different levels of support.

People like to show their best moments, their edited photos, and their cherry picked version of life. You do not always see their daily struggles, their hard times or quiet fears.

Be kind to others, but also kind to yourself. Trust the process and value your natural gifts and talents.
