is a faith based 501 c3 non-profit organization that provides affordable supportive and permanent housing for young adults who have aged out of the foster care system, and other young adults who face homelessness. We are committed to positively impacting our community by developing resources and partnerships that will make a long-term sustainable difference.

Three years ago today, PathChangers welcomed our very first young adult into our affordable housing program. What began as a step of faith has become a journey marked by hope, growth, and God’s faithfulness.

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Refuge Homes, whose generosity in providing housing made it possible for us to serve young adults aging out of foster care and others facing homelessness.

Over the past three years, we have had the privilege of walking alongside young adults as they build stability and work toward brighter futures. None of this would have been possible without the Lord’s grace and provision, or without the support of those who have prayed, volunteered, donated, encouraged us, and been part of our community.

In moments of loss, extraordinary generosity can shine so brightly.

We are deeply honored and incredibly grateful to Gary & Kim Cavender and Erin Zinsli for choosing to bless one of our participants with the donation of their son and brother Shawn’s vehicle. What an incredible gift, not only of transportation, but of opportunity, independence, and hope.

Even in the midst of grief, your family chose kindness and compassion that will make a lasting difference in someone’s life. Shawn’s legacy will continue on through this act of generosity, and we are truly humbled that you entrusted our nonprofit with such a meaningful gift.

Thank you, Gary, Kim, and Erin, for your hearts, your generosity, and for allowing something so deeply personal to become a blessing for one of our young adults. We are honored beyond words, and we will remember Shawn with gratitude and love. 🧡💙
