We are beyond excited to share that we are moving one of our amazing participants into her new place. 🏡✨

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. A safe, stable place to call home changes everything.

This is such a huge step forward, and we are incredibly proud of her. She is currently working toward getting a new car, but in the meantime, reliable transportation is essential for work and appointments.

So many young adults transitioning out of foster care are often trying to find their footing without a stable place to live. Housing isn’t just shelter. It’s the starting point for everything else.
When they have a reliable home, they can focus on school. They can show up for work. They can build routines, confidence, and hope.

PathChangers exists to make that starting point possible. We create affordable housing options and surround young adults with the support they need to move from surviving to thriving.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re working toward a $5,000 goal..enough to bridge the rent gap for two young adults for six critical months. Your contribution helps open the door to stability, opportunity, and a future that feels attainable.
