The Rotary Memorial Grove 75th Anniversary Celebration!
This event will be in the Fall of 2027, we are currently in planning stages so the details will be coming soon.
I've attached some photos from the original 1952 dedication event.

Very Briefly: In 1952, with incredible foresight, Rotary Clubs of California, in partnership with Save the Redwoods League, purchased 80 acres of Old Growth Redwoods for conservation in what is now Prairie Creek Redwood State Park. Celebrations have been held for the 15th and 50th anniversaries of the dedication and we are coming up on the 75th in 2027 and plan to again partner with Rotary International, Save the Redwoods League, and California State Parks in celebration.

Please support Cross and Crown and NOAH's event this Saturday, to support the dedication of the revitalized produce garden. There will also be barrels to collect non-perishable food items.

Did you know that 1 in 8 families struggle with food insecurity. For single-parent households, it is 1 in 3. Please support NOAH - Neighbors Organized Against Hunger, A Simple Gesture and the efforts of Rotary Club of Rancho Cotati, Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati and Rotary Club Of Sonoma Mountain Twilight in collecting and distributing food to those who need it in our community.

Community Invitation
Unveiling Ceremony – Student Peace Tile Project

The Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati cordially invites you to join us for a special unveiling ceremony celebrating a remarkable community art project more than 18 months in the making.

Centered on the theme “Creating Peace and Hope in the World,” this student-inspired ceramic tile project brought together students in grades 3 through 12, along with members of the community, to create 240 unique, peace-themed tiles. These tiles are now permanently displayed on a custom-designed structure featuring a globe of the Earth, crowned with doves symbolizing peace.

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM
Location: Rotary Community Peace Park, 7421 Burton Drive, Rohnert Park

Please join us as we come together in the spirit of peace, unity, and understanding to celebrate this meaningful achievement and recognize the many individuals whose creativity and dedication brought this vision to life.
