Workmatters

Workmatters Everyone formed into the image of Christ in work, at work, and through work. linktr.ee/myworkmatters That’s a huge mission field! That is an awesome opportunity!

In America there are over 135 million people in the workforce. And think about how much time we spend in it. If we do the math, we’ll find that during our working years, most of us spend close to 1/3 of our time at work. So that means we are in a position to influence the environment in which the people in our workplace spend 1/3 of their life. Workmatters exists to help you find God's purpose and

meaning in your work. We believe in changing the way work is defined by helping leaders understand their work really matters. One person at a time, God has used us to impact thousands of men and women’s lives nationwide.

We hear about toxic workplaces a lot at Workmatters.

So it got us thinking.... the obvious signs of a toxic workplace (screaming managers, open hostility) are easy to spot. The hidden ones are trickier because they often masquerade as normal or even positive.
