Roge’s dedication to LEAP and his love for our law enforcement community were unwavering. His vision and commitment played a vital role in shaping LEAP into the strong organization it is today, and his legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come.

We ask that you please keep Roge’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
