Preservation Rocky Mount We are a non-profit organization focused on historic preservation in the Rocky Mount, North Carolina area.

Our Architectural Salvage Shop sells architectural elements that have been donated to our shop, preventing them from going to our landfills. When appropriate, we send a deconstruction team when a building is being demolished to salvage elements that might be useful in the restoration of another home. Many of these elements have been utilized in the restoration of houses within our community. Artis

To retain the architectural heritage, neighborhood character, and historic landscapes of the Rocky Mount, North Carolina area through collaboration, education, advocacy, and restoration.

I was requested to post pics of the Mantles we have in inventory!! if you’re interested in a particular mantle, let us know and we can send you additional pictures with all the dimensions and price! If you would like an appointment to come view our inventory, please reach out and let us know a day and a time so that we can lineup volunteers to meet you!! This Saturday, they are celebrating 10 years in architectural salvage during preservation month! If you’re in and around the Burlington area, it will certainly be worth your visit! We plan on going and checking it out ourselves in celebration!
