We had sooo much fun today from learning about dinosaurs and tracks in southeast Colorado at the Summer Reading Program, to chasing dinosaurs, and we even had back up by a visit from Otero County Undersheriff Enrique Guzman!

🍽️👦🏻👱🏼‍♀️👶🏻🆓 Free Summer Meals for ALL children under 18! ✨🌞June 9th to July 30th

We’re excited to provide free summer meals to support our community's children. No child should go hungry during the summer break! 🌭🥗

Come join us at the Expo Building at the Arkansas Valley Fairgrounds in Rocky Ford, where we'll be serving delicious and nutritious meals Monday-Thursday from 11am-2pm. 🍎🥪

We’ll also be doing enrichment programs in areas of horticulture, cooking, STEAM, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.

This food bank has been serving hundreds of families in the Arkansas Valley for quite some time and we are so happy to have them and even see their growth as they prepare to move into a much bigger facility that will not just be a food pantry but a youth center and more!
