We would like to congratulate Lieutenant Tom Cox on graduating from Eastern Michigan University’s 28th Fire Staff and Command Executive Leadership Program.

This intensive, graduate-level program prepares senior public safety leaders for the challenges of modern fire service administration, with coursework in strategic planning, executive decision-making, municipal budgeting, labor management, incident command, and risk management.

Congratulations to Lieutenant Cox on this achievement and his continued commitment to serving our community!
