The Fall Into Fitness at Rison in the Fall 2026 is on Saturday October 10, 2026. It includes the following events: Fall Into Fitness: 5K Run, Fall Into Fitness: 1-Mile Walk, and Fall Into Fitness: 10K Bike Ride.
