It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed and entrusted board member/ advisor- Steve Lindsay.

Steve joined our ranks in 2023 and provided insightful guidance having served for many other non-profits in his life. Steve was the epitome of others before self and always sought ways to serve others. Steve was instrumental in our securing our first depot outside Ft. Hood. He will be missed terribly. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Our mission continues and we are resolved in our pursuit to combat food insecurities. This year has left us with a great void with the passing of two men that had a heart of service. They leave very big shoes to fill but carry on we must. In the proverbial words of Uncle Sam, we are looking for a few good men to join our ranks in carrying forward. Please reach out if you’ve got what it takes.

The Operation Frontline Warriors Foundation family is mourning the loss of our dear friend and guiding force, Hal Ammons, who passed away 24 DEC 2025. Hal wasn't just a Board Member; he was a mentor, a champion for Veterans, and brought incredible passion, integrity, and humor to everything he did. We will deeply miss his insightful guidance and warm spirit. Our thoughts are with his family.
