💜 SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH 💜

September is more than a month on the calendar. It’s a reminder to look around, look closer, and look out for one another.

Behind the smile may be someone struggling.
Behind “I’m fine” may be someone who doesn’t know how to ask for help.
And sometimes, the person who seems to have it all together is the one hurting the most.

So this month, let’s do something that could change a life.

📱 Send the text.
☎️ Make the call.
👋 Check on your friend.
🫂 Sit with someone who is hurting.
❤️ Ask the question—even when it feels uncomfortable.

And if someone tells you they’re struggling, listen without judgment. You don’t have to have the perfect words. You just need to let them know they don’t have to carry it alone.

One conversation can create a moment of hope.
One moment of hope can save a life.

We believe every life has value, every story matters, and no one should feel like they have to face their darkest moments alone.

This September, let’s turn awareness into action, pain into purpose, and silence into conversation.

💜 Be the reason someone chooses to stay.

Sending our heartfelt condolences to the blue and blood family of Officer Kevin Bradford, DSN 12782 of St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (OFFICIAL)
who lost a battle that no one understood he was fighting.

Too often, men feel pressure to stay silent about stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or personal struggles.

Strength is not about carrying every burden alone—it's about recognizing when support is needed and reaching out.

This reminds us that we don't truly know the secret battles one is fighing camouflaged by their smile.

This also serves as a reminder that we must check on our strongest, happiest, most dependable and those who appear to have it all together.

Have the hard conversations, to tell people we love them, and to never underestimate the importance of mental health as it truly can be the difference between life and death.

His life mattered!!!

It's Free Your Mind Monday!!

A clear mind is the easiest path to greater accomplishments in life – both personal and professional.

Just as a clean environment, free from clutter, removes disorder and promotes harmony, a clear mind provides the same benefits, by replacing the chaos of anxious thoughts with lucidity, peace and greater focus.
