A project years in the making is becoming a reality! 🎉

The new Spink County Daycare is more than just a childcare center—it’s a vital investment in the future of our community. Access to quality childcare is one of the biggest factors in attracting and retaining a strong workforce. By expanding childcare opportunities, we’re helping parents return to work with confidence, supporting local employers, and creating new jobs right here in Redfield.

This project is a testament to what can happen when a community comes together to solve a critical workforce need. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated, volunteered, partnered, and believed in this vision.

Thank you to Dakota News Now, Redfield Press and Hub City Radio for highlighting the impact this project will have on families, businesses, and the continued growth of our region. We can’t wait to welcome children through our doors and continue building a stronger community together.

Local leaders celebrated the grand opening of the facility, which will serve infants, toddlers, and preschoolers up to age five, with a ribbon-cutting on Tuesday.

This fall, the upstairs of the new Spink County Daycare will become home to Rise Fitness Studio—a brand new women’s fitness center coming to Redfield! 💚

Rise Fitness Studio will offer a welcoming space for women of all fitness levels to move, grow, and build community through classes like strength training, sculpt, yoga, and more.

We’re thrilled to see this beautiful building continue to serve our community in multiple ways. While the main level will provide high-quality childcare for local families, the upper level will give women a place to prioritize their health and wellness.
