❌ MYTH: “They’ll figure it out.”

✔ REALITY: Many young women aging out of foster care or navigating life without stable support are expected to “just make it work” with little to no safety net.

The truth? Healing doesn’t happen in survival mode.

A safe place to land can mean the difference between uncertainty and opportunity… between simply surviving and truly beginning again.

At Healthy H.E.A.R.T.S., we believe no one should have to face life’s hardest moments alone.

She turns 18.
