Generic camps and extra practice often leave the most important developmental windows untouched. That’s why we built the VisionHacker Summer SPRINT: focused, age-appropriate training that targets the exact skills young athletes need between ages 8–17.

VisionHacker Athletics is an 8 to 10-week Summer SPRINT session built on the LTAD model. Each athlete is placed in a small, stage-appropriate group and trains on clear 3‑month Sprint Goals. Our coaching blends safe progressive strength work, plyometrics, and sport-transfer speed drills so kids get measurably faster, more powerful, and more resilient — without burnout.

What you get this summer:

Structured, age-appropriate coaching. Each session is built for the athlete’s developmental stage so every rep builds long-term athleticism.
Weekly benchmarks and personal feedback. We track progress so gains are obvious and motivating.
