The proposed Plant Facilities Levy would provide $3 million per year for five years to support building maintenance, repairs, and replacements across all 11 schools and district facilities.

In Idaho, the homeowner’s exemption reduces the taxable value of a primary residence by $125,000.

For example, a $500,000 home may be taxed on $375,000 of assessed value, bringing the estimated cost to about $9.42 per month, or $113.04 per year. These funds help ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and ready for students and the community each day.
Election Day is May 19.

Why does this levy matter?
🏣Tomorrow’s Plant Facilities Levy matters because safe, well-maintained and updated schools matter.
🏣This levy helps maintain and improve the buildings, grounds and athletic/physical fitness spaces our students learn and grow in every day while addressing needs now to help avoid larger, more expensive repairs in the future.
🏣For more information about the levy, go to: sd272.org or call the Lakeland Jt. School District office at 208 687-0431.
