As of earlier this week most of the Oakwell Property has been sold by LMSD to Natural Lands and will be combined with Stoneleigh. The Oakwell mansion and three acres around it was sold in a separate transaction to the private Wyncote Foundation, which will restore and preserve their part of the property.
