LEAP For us, art is a form of fieldwork and an investigative technique for research with expanded parameters and outcome possibilities.

LEAP (Land, Experience and Art of Place) is an experimental, interdisciplinary, artist-driven, initiative creating fertile ground for collaboration and cross- pollination. LEAP (Land, Experience and Art of Place) is an interdisciplinary networking hub, created to connect artists and youth with conservationists, land management organizations and practitioners in other fields. Our arts and educatio

n events, and interdisciplinary adventures explore the richness and diversity of Northern New Mexico through environmental and cultural themes - ecology, geology, archaeology, local lore, and stewardship.
