If you have to explain why someone should hire you... your brand isn't doing its job.

Your personal brand is not just your logo, your colors, your bio, or your LinkedIn headline.

It is how people understand you.
It is what they remember about you.
It is the way you communicate your value before, during, and after someone works with you.

That is exactly what we’ll be talking about in Build the Brand. Become the Brand.

Victoria Ferrer and Cat Markel are teaming up for a live webinar focused on personal brand presence — the blend of brand clarity, confidence, communication, and the way you show up.

In this session, we’ll help you start answering the bigger questions:
What makes you stand out?
How do you communicate your value clearly?
How do you show up with more confidence and presence?

You’ll walk away with practical insight you can actually use — not just theory.

Build the Brand. Become the Brand.

People should be able to understand what you do in one sentence.

If they can't repeat it to someone else easily… it’s time to simplify.

✅ Who you help
✅ What problem you solve
✅ How you do it

Clarity builds confidence—and referrals.

Want more leads? Better referrals? New ideas?

Grow your network. Nurture your network.

The stronger your relationships, the faster your business grows.
People don’t refer strangers.
They refer people they know, like, and trust.

That’s why we show up. That’s why NGIV exists.
We're here to grow—together.
