Next week we wrap up our summer development program and get ready to kick off Fall Football the following week.

As we transition onto the high school’s professional turf facility, all combine activities next week will take place on the track.

🚨 REGISTERED PLAYERS:
All athletes must log into the Parent Portal and RSVP for a combine time slot.

Meet Coach Bailey | Reapers 10U Coaching Staff

We are thrilled to have Coach Bailey leading our young athletes this season. From dominant high school standout to Division I collegiate player and championship-level coach, Coach Bailey brings an elite blueprint for success both on and off the field.

Hometown Legend & Prep Career
• Mariner High School (2002–2006): A dominant force for the Tritons, Coach Bailey was a rare 4-year Varsity Starter.
• Championship Caliber: He led Mariner to back-to-back state playoff appearances, cementing a culture of winning.
• Elite Honors: His shutdown defensive play earned him Defensive Player of the Year honors during both his sophomore and senior seasons.
Division I Collegiate Athlete
• Highly Recruited Talent: Coming out of high school, Coach Bailey was an elite, highly sought-after recruit pursued by top-tier powerhouse programs including the University of Miami and the University of Florida.
• The Choice: He ultimately chose to commit to Liberty University, where he played from 2008 to 2011, mastering the game at the highest college level while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

High School Coaching Resume
• Mariner High School (2013–2015): Returned to his alma mater to give back to the next generation. Serves as Junior Varsity Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator (2014–2015) and Varsity Defensive Backs Coach (2013–2015).
• Cypress High School (2011–2012): Began his high school coaching journey right after college as the Varsity Defensive Backs Coach & Special Teams Coordinator.

Educator & Community Leader
Coach Bailey knows first-hand that the ultimate goal of athletics is building a foundation for life. Driven by the importance of education and career readiness, he chose to serve the Lee County School District as a Business Teacher. Today, he combines his background as an educator, corporate professional, and local business owner to mentor athletes in discipline, leadership, and accountability.
