GFWC was honored to host the District 12 Annual District Meeting themed " The Amazing Leadership Race" on October 15. This interactive program offered members a chance from sister clubs to engage in fun and hands-on challenges around communications, problem-solving, delegation, decision-making and so much more. Thank you to the GFWC Leadership Team for all your hard work putting together a dynamic program!

PGWC presented a $1,000 donation to Back Pack Kidz to provide kid-friendly, nutritious foods. Equipping kids for success...one backpack at a time. Back Pack Kidz feeds children in Charlotte County when school meals aren't available — because no child should go hungry on the weekend.

A heartfelt thank-you to our PGWC members who helped bring our Bags of Hope project to completion and personally delivered 64 bags to C.A.R.E. Their time, care, and willingness to serve helped turn our members’ generosity into something tangible for individuals facing an extraordinarily difficult moment. Pictured with Anna Campbell of C.A.R.E. are Mary Darling and PGWC members, Mary Brennan, Claudia Meyers, President Jody Henkel, Cheryl Schwartz, Kathleen Hobbs, and Janice Hanus. We are grateful to each of our members for representing our club with compassion and purpose. This is service in action. This is our why.
