Help us welcome Brisé to Norton Commons!

Brisé is a modern French-inspired bistro located at 6301 Meeting Street, Unit 101, in Norton Commons. Founded by Crust & Crumb owner Debi Hatton, Brisé will pair inventive cuisine with a refined, intimate atmosphere and a highly attentive approach to service.

The restaurant will initially serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Brisé is designed as a refined, sophisticated dining destination with an intimate atmosphere suited to date nights, celebrations and special occasions. Outdoor dining will also be available.

“Our vision for Brisé is a restaurant where quality is evident in every detail,” Hatton said. “We want it to feel distinctive in Louisville and become a destination for people who appreciate exceptional cooking and a real sense of occasion.”

Brisé will place a strong emphasis on food crafted in-house each day. Fresh baguettes, desserts and house-made ice creams will be prepared on site, with a dedicated bread service accompanying the menu. The dessert program will pair French-inspired offerings with original creations featuring Kentucky ingredients and flavors, including sorghum. Guests can also expect small chef-selected bites and palate cleansers between courses.

Dinner service begins Wednesday, September 16. Reservations are encouraged and can now be made through the link below.
