Our goal has always been to deliver neighborhood connections. Stroll NoCo was founded in 2020 with one thought in mind – bringing people together.

We have found the best way to accomplish this is with a completely integrated social program. We produce a high-quality, exclusive neighborhood publication to the community without any cost to the residents. These monthly magazines focus on the families, homes, and organizations that make Norton Commons an ideal place to live. Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue fo

r these individuals to get to know both local businesses and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final unique component includes the many speciality events we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more, share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with Norton Commons residents. There is no better way for a business to secure long-term success than to establish the right connections.

Hey Neighbors! Meet this month’s Silver Stroller, Norman! Norman is a relatively new resident to the Hallmark House and his daughter lives there too! One of Norm’s most memorable experiences was his trip to Ireland with his son Brad in August of 2013. He scored a hole-in-one on Hole #16 while playing at the world-renowned Lahinch Golf Club in Lahinch, Ireland! ⛳

One achievement Norm is especially proud of is the life he built alongside his wife Rosie and the family they created together. Married for over 60 years, they
raised four children, welcomed 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, and created a home centered around hard work, love, and support. ❤️

Even after moving to Kentucky, Norm enjoyed caring for his yard, maintaining beautiful flowers, and helping neighbors with home repairs, always staying active
and hands-on whenever he could! 💐

Meet this Month’s Precious Pet,Snoopy!! Snoopy is 9-months-old and was adopted October 2025. His owner Michael shares, “Snoopy has brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives. After losing Goose in 2023, home felt a little emptier, and Snoopy helped fill it with happiness again.” ❤️🥰

Snoopy loves to cuddle, soak up all the attention, and act as everyone’s personal heater. More than anything, he just wants to be close to the people he loves. One of his favorite activities is going for golf cart rides and feeling the wind in his fur. He also loves hanging out at TAP, where he gets to see all of his favorite people and make new friends. 🐶
