Mountain Spirit Co-Op Inner Circle. Tuesday, December 8th, 7 PM EST, 5 PM MNT

A Quiet Quarterly Gathering for Women

Four times over the next year, once a season, we will offer a small and intimate “Inner Circle” gathering for up to eight women. The session takes place on Zoom.

This is a deeply relaxing and reflective evening — a gentle pause from the noise and pace of daily life. Together, we gather in a quiet time to reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with the power of simply speaking and listening.

The Inner Circle intends to create a space of calm presence, authentic expression, and compassionate witnessing.

The cost is a $5 donation per session to MsHec3.

Each gathering includes:

A carefully chosen piece of music
A meaningful short reading
Shared silence and stillness
A respectful listening circle

Women are invited to speak, share, and reflect. There is no pressure to perform, advise, or respond. As each woman speaks, the circle listens respectfully, without interruption, commentary, fixing, or discussion.

This is not therapy, instruction, or debate. People share only what they wish, according to their comfort level. Participants are asked to keep all that is shared confidential. It is a sacred pause. A small circle of women gathering in trust.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. The evening will last from 1.5 to 2 hours. Signing up ahead of time per session is required.

DOUBLE-STRAND NECKLACE CLASS.
Saturday, October 17th, 11 am – 2 pm. P

Please join this creative jewelry-making workshop. A double-strand necklace is created by stringing multiple strands of beads, chain, and/or charms on a leather fastener. This three-hour class allows time to incorporate design, choose beads, and learn the art of basic stringing, crimping, and charm fastening. All materials are included. Cost: $55.00. NEW MOON CEREMONY.
Broom Class
Saturday, October 10th from 11 am – 5 pm.
We will share time together celebrating the Nut Moon. This moon supports us as we open our hearts, gentle our spirit, and explore all that awaits us. Grandmother Cauldron will guide us in prayer as we create our sacred brooms. You will have a variety of items, including crystals, feathers, dried flowers, charms, ribbon, and more, to create your sacred brooms. This moon prepares us for the time of harvest. Bob Karney has been playing music since he was 12 years old. His love for music allows him to open up to many different styles of playing. He is inspired by many musicians whether famous or not, and feels that he always learns something from listening and watching other artists. He sings and plays the acoustic and electric guitar, covering The Grateful Dead, Jimmy Hendrix, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, plus many original compositions.
