A strong turnout for Thursday night’s Narcan Training event at Conant Hall. Kids, adults, young, old…anyone can learn how to administer Narcan and potentially save a life. Sincerest thanks to State Senator Shelley Mayer, NYS Assemblymember Chris Burdick, Legislator Erika Pierce, and Town Of Pound Ridge for coordinating the production of this important evening. Shoutout to Chris Caufield from NYS OASAS for an informative and compelling presentation. Narcan saves lives. Become an asset in the fight against opioid addiction. Become a PRVAC volunteer. The New York Office of Addition and Recovery will be coming to Pound Ridge on Thursday February 13, to present some very important information about the risks of Opioid (e.g. Fentanyl) poisoning, how to recognize signs of poisoning, and how to administer Narcan in the event of an overdose.

Upon completion of the program you'll get an informational packet which includes two doses of Narcan , as well as a course completion certificate.

Most importantly, you'll be better prepared to Save A Life.
