We are incredibly honored and humbled to share that we received a surprise visit from First Interstate Bank this week and were presented with a $25,000 Believe in Local Grant! 🥹

There are truly no words to express how grateful we are—not only for this generous investment, but for the trust, faith, and belief in our mission.

In 2013, a community turned its grief into purpose. Newby-ginnings of North Idaho, Inc. was founded in honor of SPC Nicholas Newby, who was killed in action in Baghdad — and what started as a small act of support for fellow service members has grown into something extraordinary. 🧡

Today, Newby-ginnings provides household goods, clothing, food, medical equipment, and direct access to trusted resources — all at no cost and without income requirements. Veterans, active service members, and Gold Star Families can "shop" for what they need in a welcoming, no-barrier environment designed to reduce stress and restore stability during difficult times.

We're proud to award Newby-ginnings of North Idaho a $25,000 Believe in Local grant through our partnership with the First Interstate BancSystem Foundation.

What an incredible day at our Honor the Fallen Ruck March this past Saturday.

The Honor the Fallen Ruck March is about remembrance, service, and community. Saturday was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together for a purpose greater than ourselves.
Thank you all for helping us honor the fallen and support those who served and sacrificed for our country. We couldn't have done it without you.
