Donation Reminder ❤️

We kindly ask everyone who donates to our thrift store to please only bring clean, gently used items that are in good, usable condition.
Recently, we have received donations containing stains, rips, excessive wear, and bugs or pests. These items create health and safety concerns for our volunteers, staff, customers, and the other donations in our store.
Before donating, please take a moment to check your items and make sure they are:
•Clean and free of stains and strong odors
•Free of rips, tears, and excessive damage
•In good, usable condition
•Completely free of bugs, pests, or infestations
We truly appreciate every person who supports our thrift store through donations. Your generosity helps us provide affordable clothing, shoes, and household items to families in our community. ❤️

Happy sabbath friends.
This week we will have kids summer clothes (Tank tops, short sleeves, shorts and swimsuits) on sale for 10 cents a piece and women’s clothes on sale for 25 cents a piece.
As always, we will be open Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 1p-4p. Can’t wait to meet everyone who comes in this week! ❤️

It’s been a blessing to see all of your faces this week as we reopen! We are open one more day this week for buying anything you need. I wanted to let everyone know, we have donation bins outside for after hour drop offs. And if anyone is in desperate need for clothes, or help with a bill or food after hours we do have a phone number you can call. If we don’t answer, leave a message and we will get back with you!

We are the community outreach ministry of the Highland Seventh-day Adventist Church. We believe in holistic ministry – caring for people’s physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs all at once, just like Jesus did. We’re passionate about connecting with our communities, building real relationships, and showing God’s love through practical help. We also focus on empowering our church members to serve effectively by providing training and leadership development.
Our thrift store runs on donations from the community and we sell the items at a low cost. We also provide bill assistance on a case by case basis. We are always looking for volunteers to help sort, hang and organize our store.
