It breaks our hearts š
Because honestly? We thought someone would have scooped him up by now.
Spock is everything people say they want in a dog.
A stunning Cane Corso. A giant goofball. A 110-pound lap dog who somehow believes personal space is optional.
At just a year and a half old, Spock has already experienced more heartbreak than he deserved. He was abandoned and left to fend for himself, his ears crudely butchered by someone who failed him long before rescue found him.
But Spock never let that change who he is.
Despite everything, his heart remains enormous.
He lives for affection. Full-body pets. Belly rubs. Leaning all 110 pounds into you because being close is never close enough. His zoomies are legendary, and watching this giant boy race around with pure joy is impossible not to smile at.
Heās wonderful with children, gets along well with other dogs, and even tolerates the antics of cattle dogs without complaint. The only thing we ask is that feeding time be managed separately from other dogs, as he can be protective of his food.
As for cats? He hasnāt been tested, but based on his temperament, we believe a slow, proper introduction would give him every chance to succeed.
Spock doesnāt know heās a ābig dog.ā
He just knows he wants someone to love.
Someone to lean on.
Someone to follow from room to room.
Someone to call family.
And after everything heās been through, we think itās finally time he found one.
