On All Saints’ Day, we give thanks for all the saints who have gone before us and for the people who continue to shape our lives in faith.

We remember those who taught us, cared for us, prayed with us, and showed us God’s love through their lives. Some are well known, while others quietly made a difference in our families, churches, and communities.

Today, we give thanks for the whole communion of saints and for the promise that, in Christ, we are God’s beloved children.

Looking for work that matters and skills that last?

Cross Roads is looking for our next Camp Assistant to join our year round team. This full time, residential position is hands on, varied, and an important part of what keeps camp running throughout the year.

From hospitality and retreat support to food service, programs, facilities, projects, and whatever the day brings, no two weeks look quite the same. Along the way, you will also have opportunities to grow in communication, teamwork, leadership, and practical workplace skills.

Room and board are provided, along with a living stipend.

Camp offers something screens simply cannot replace.

Time at summer camp gives young people space to unplug, be present, spend time outdoors, build face to face friendships, and discover new ways to have fun away from everyday technology.

At Cross Roads, those screen free moments become opportunities for conversation, creativity, faith, adventure, and connection. Campers have the chance to slow down, try new things, and make memories with the people right beside them.

Join us January 22–24, 2027 for the Friends & Family Retreat, a weekend designed for all ages to step away from busy schedules and spend meaningful time with the people who matter most.

Come with your family, a group of friends, or members of your church community and enjoy campfires, games, crafts, hikes, worship, great meals, and plenty of time to simply be together. The schedule is flexible, so you can join in the activities that sound fun or enjoy the weekend at your own pace.

It was such a joy to worship with St Peter's Mountain Lakes, NJ - Episcopal Church for a Cross Roads Camp Sunday this past weekend! It was wonderful to share a little bit of camp with the congregation and celebrate the ways God is at work through camp and beyond. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Make space to rest, connect, and be renewed at the Shepherds’ Gathering.

Join us December 3–6 at Cross Roads for a retreat created for clergy and lay leaders who work with children, youth, and young adults. Spend time in conversation with others who understand the joys and challenges of ministry, share ideas, explore helpful resources, and reflect on faith formation in today’s church.

The weekend also offers time to slow down, enjoy good food, and experience renewal in the peaceful setting of Cross Roads. If you cannot attend the full retreat, you can still join the Saturday day event from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
