This dog was found on a gentleman’s porch and he cannot afford to keep him, and no one has claimed him. He is good with children and other dogs. If you’re interested, contact Gabriel at 573-410-5448.

Stray dog wandered onto the property. She has no caller or tags and is very sweet and gentle. She is approximately 25 pounds and it’s good with other dogs, as well as walks good on a leash. The property owners cannot keep her if you’re interested feel free to call or text Jessica at 573-733-3350.

Our sweet Junebug is a professional wallflower. She is EXTRA shy!! With anyone she knows and trusts, June can be playful and quirky and smiley. She does come around. She just needs more time than most. June would likely do best in a quiet home without a lot of hustle and bustle. June is good with other dogs in our play groups. We think she would probably also do well with a calm fur sibling who can help build her confidence. She needs someone who has the patience to allow her to settle in at her own pace and who will take their time showing her the world isn’t really all that scary.

June, and her two sisters, came into the shelter in March of 2024. When they arrived, they were adolescent dogs who were terrified of everything. They have all made great strides but June is by far the most timid of the three sisters. All three are still with us.
