✔️ 1 lb elbow macaroni
✔️ 1 cup thinly sliced celery
✔️ 1 cup diced bell pepper
✔️ ¾ cup shredded carrots
✔️ ⅔ cup diced red onion
✔️ 1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
✔️ ¼ cup sweet relish
✔️ 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
✔️ ⅓ cup distilled white vinegar
✔️ 2 tsp yellow mustard
✔️ salt & pepper

Ritz Crackers Marshmallow Fluff Sandwiches

Ingredients:

• 1 box Ritz Crackers

• 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

• 1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme

• 1 bag (12 oz) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips

• 1 tbsp Crisco Vegetable Shortening

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme until thick and sticky.

2. Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto a Ritz Cracker and top with another cracker to form a sandwich. Repeat, then freeze the sandwiches for 15 minutes.

3. Melt the Hershey's Chocolate Chips and Crisco Vegetable Shortening in the microwave in 30-second bursts until completely smooth.

4. Dip half of each chilled cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and let set before serving.
