Main Street, Pontotoc, MS and provides Aging Services to eight counties -- Calhoun, Chickasaw, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Monroe, Pontotoc, and Union. Aging Services are offered to persons 60 years and older with no income requirement. 662-489-2415
Services include -- Homemaker (Cindy Farris- 2 hours of light housekeeping per week),
Respite Service (Cindy Farris - 32 hours of care giving per month to relieve a family member),
Nutritional Programs ( Mackenzie McCollum- home delivered meals on weekdays, and congregate meal sites in some towns),
SHIP Medicare Counseling (Perry Sewell)- free healthcare counseling),
Ombudsman (Cindy Collums - advocate for nursing home patients and families),
Title V SCSEP (Abby Stafford)- part time job training to eligible persons 55 years and older who want to reenter the workplace),
Bridge to Independence B2I (Cindy Farris - facilitates the transition of qualified persons from care facilities to a home and community based setting),
