Tony will share the incredible story behind Live Like Lindsey — an organization created to carry on Lindsey Villanueva’s legacy of love and compassion for children in our community. ❤️

From providing brand-new winter coats to children in need 🧥❄️ to scholarships 🎓 and year-round community support 🤝, Live Like Lindsey continues to make a difference throughout Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

Tony also brings more than two decades of experience in public service and law enforcement, giving us plenty to learn from and talk about! 👮‍♂️💬

Today, we celebrate 250 years of freedom, unity, and the spirit of service that has shaped our nation.

At Poland Rotary, we believe that one of the best ways to honor our country's legacy is by serving our community. Through scholarships, local projects, partnerships with nonprofit organizations, and programs like our Flag Program, we strive to live out Rotary's motto of Service Above Self every day.
As we celebrate this historic milestone, we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference right here in the Mahoning Valley.

Kathy shared how the Silver Lining Cancer Fund provides financial assistance to individuals and families throughout the Mahoning Valley who are facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. 🇺🇸 Flag Program Reminder 🇺🇸

As another successful season of our Fly the Flag Program continues, we would like to remind residents that Poland Rotary will no longer be accepting new flag orders after June 14.

Flags currently enrolled in the program will continue to be proudly displayed on designated holidays and will be taken down around Veterans Day.

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our community. Your participation helps make this program a success and allows us to continue supporting local scholarships, community projects, and charitable initiatives throughout the Poland area.

Thank you to everyone who proudly displays an American flag and supports Poland Rotary. We look forward to serving you again next season!

This week, we were pleased to welcome Laurie Fox as our guest speaker.

Laurie provided an inside look at the StoryWalk project being installed at Poland Township Park. She shared the inspiration behind the project, details about the story that will be featured on the boards, updates on the installation process, and exciting plans for the future.

It was wonderful to learn how this project will encourage families to enjoy reading while spending time outdoors in our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to support this initiative and appreciate the update on its progress.

Last week, the Poland Rotary Club had the privilege of awarding scholarships to outstanding seniors from Poland High School.

These scholarships are especially meaningful because they honor the legacy of two dedicated Rotarians whose commitment to service and community continues to make an impact today. We are proud to invest in the future of these students and grateful for the opportunity to carry on this tradition.

Congratulations to our scholarship recipients and best wishes to the entire Poland High School Class of 2026. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the years ahead!
