Last week, we were notified of a serious hoarding situation. 20 dogs living in extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions, with little to no care.

Among them were two accidental litters. 6 puppies around 7 months old and 12 tiny puppies only 5 weeks old. 11 puppies were crammed into a single crate. 1 of the 12 puppies did not it make it.

All 20 of the dogs have been bathed, fed, seen by a vet and are currently being treated.

This situation is a painful reminder of why spaying and neutering matters. When accidental litters continue to happen, rescues and fosters are often left struggling to help these litters find safe, loving homes.

Triplets! 🐾 Axel (M) was joined by Atta (F) and Manny (M) today for a sweet little sibling reunion. These three are lucky to be alive after being rescued from a Southern shelter, and now they’re hoping to be even luckier by finding their fur-ever homes! ❤️

Dark-colored foster pups often face Black Dog Syndrome, meaning they can be overlooked in shelters simply because of the color of their fur. But black dogs have SO many perks!

Rogue is an almost 4-month-old Lab/Terrier mix with the sweetest, happiest personality! 💙

This adorable boy is sweet, playful, and full of joy. He’s having an absolute blast playing with his fellow foster pup and would love a family who will keep the fun going! 🐶🐾
