Week #14 HOW IT WORKS ⬇️⬇️⬇️

-Use your sketchbook or drawing journal.
-Spend about 15-20 minimum on the prompt (more if inspired).
-Artists have one full week to complete it.
-Parents may guide and encourage.
-Share a photo of the finished page HERE so we can celebrate your artists work!

Good Evening! Unless you have been living under a rock (or just not following us), you are probably aware of a game that is starting soon. By soon, I mean tomorrow :)
Bellevue Chamber of Commerce is hosting a game called ChamberOpoly. It is simple to play and the prizes are beyond amazing. All you have to do is to first download the app (absolutely free), then visit the different businesses that participate in the game. Don't know who they are or where? No worries, the app will help you.
Quirky Candies is proud and excited to be a stop in this game. To play, all you have to do (once you download the app) and come into the store, take a selfie in the photo spot and share it to social media. We will then have you scan a qr code in the app and you get credit. If you make any purchase, you also get a qr code to scan. That easy!
If you would like some help getting started, or to get started playing, come on in to the store tomorrow and we will help you out!
As a bonus, you know Gina is not one to do things half-way, or another way of saying it is she is always over the top. As such, she is getting together a gift basket worth over $100. We will do a separate post covering how that will work!
So, stop on in this weekend and start playing.

I saw this diagram on a t-shirt, and realized how true it is. As an aspiring artist, you may think your creation isn't perfect, so it's "bad" or not worth pursuing. But realize the value in trying! And remember practice really makes perfect! The more you try, the better you get! So KEEP CREATING! Make more art!
