Over 3.5 million meals provided to our community in 2025 💚

First and foremost, we provide emergency food for individuals and families in Eastern Hillsborough County. In addition, we provide our clients with other services to give them a “hand-up” in these hard times. For example, South Florida Baptist Hospital provides a free seasonal flu
shot and Suncoast Community Health Centers provides free health screenings. We offer a couponing class and a financial

planning seminar call us for more details. The United Food Bank is completely dependent on the generosity of our community. We are only able to continue feeding the hungry through your donations of groceries, money, and volunteer service. We need volunteers of all ages to help with food distribution, clerical duties, loading and unloading of food, organizing incoming food, etc. If you have hours that can be donated, we hope you will contact us at 813-764-0625 ext. 5 for more information. We are located at 702 E. Alsobrook Street, Suite H and we are here at 8 am M-Fr to assist the public and take in donations. Our food distribution times are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12pm. to 3:30pm and Tuesdays from 12pm - 5:00 All new clients should arrive 30 minutes prior to closing. 👑🎨 Empty Bowls season is underway!

The Little Miss Plant City (Little Miss Plant City) titleholders gathered at the home of Empty Bowls Committee member Lesli Platt to paint a one-of-a-kind bowl for our upcoming 16th Annual Empty Bowls: Soups at Sunset event.

This special creation will become part of our artist bowl auction, helping raise funds to support hunger relief programs serving children, families, seniors, and veterans throughout Eastern Hillsborough County.

A heartfelt thank you to Lesli for opening her home and sharing her passion for Empty Bowls, and to the Little Miss Plant City titleholders for lending their creativity to a cause that helps nourish our community. 💛
