The Shared Services Alliance gives early learning programs more than just access to healthcare. Members can choose from multiple benefit options, including dental, vision, and supplemental coverage, so you can support your staff in ways that match your budget and your needs.

Beyond benefits, Shared Services also connects you to professional development, HR advising, and business coaching that help your program grow stronger and run more smoothly.

If you’ve been looking for practical support that actually fits your day to day, this is a great place to start.

This is our chance to share our voice on what is essential for high quality early childhood programming. Please take part in this survey and share our voice!

TXAEYC has been invited to take part in a statewide focus group reviewing childcare minimum standards, and we want to bring your voice into the conversation. Your experience with licensed and registered childcare programs helps us understand how these rules support children and where families face challenges.

If you have thoughts on what should change, what should be added, or how access could be improved, we want to hear from you. Your feedback will guide what we share at the panel.

Take the survey today and help us represent the field with accuracy and heart.
Submit your response by December 15.
