LIKE TO BAKE? 🧑‍🍳 Join the Berkshire Thanksgiving Baking Angels to provide sweet breads to include with the Thanksgiving meal distribution. The need increases every year.

Any type of sweet bread is welcome — banana, zucchini, pumpkin, apple, cranberry orange, blueberry, lemon, etc.

Please bake in disposable pans size 8x4, 9x5, or 2-lb. Wrap well in foil and label the flavor. Baking ahead and freezing breads is fine. NO NUTS!

The 2026 drop-off day for breads is Thursday, November 19 from 12 to 6pm at the Pittsfield Community Food Pantry (110 South Street, Pittsfield, behind the church). At this time, we are still hoping for more bread donations!

The 2026 Thanksgiving Angels steering committee has been meeting for months to plan for this year's distribution of 2,500 turkeys and Thanksgiving dinner fixings to families in our community!

The Thanksgiving Angels provide nearly 2,500 Berkshire County families with the opportunity to celebrate a traditional Thanksgiving meal in their own homes each year.

Anyone in the community can sign up for a Thanksgiving Angels box. Please sign up for your uncooked turkey and “fixings” in person at the Pittsfield locations and times listed below (updated on 9/30/26).

The Thanksgiving Angels team is devastated by the loss of Ann Doyle, one of the original Angels who worked tirelessly to ensure that anyone in need would have a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. She will be sorely missed and impossible to replace. ❤️
