Coming Up With AgeWell at the JCC- Pittsburghers for Public Transit Info Session

Join us Thursday, October 15th at 1:15 pm in Room 202 at the Squirrel Hill JCC for a presentation on all things public transit. A representative from PPT will present on what they do as an organization, your rights to public transportation, how to sign up for Senior ConnectCards, and more!

Join geriatric pharmacy specialist, Dr. Hedva Barenholtz Levy, for a talk about all things medications- Thursday, October 15th at 11 am.

This is a hybrid program. You can join from home through the Virtual Senior Academy (sign up at virtualsenioracademy.org) or in-person at both JCC locations. At Squirrel Hill, we'll be in Room 202. And in the South Hills, we'll be in the conference room.

Earlier this week, AgeWell members from the Squirrel Hill JCC took a trip to The Frick Pittsburgh Museum & Gardens to see the French Moderns exhibit!

It was a beautiful day and our members enjoyed several docent talks. Thanks to everyone who attended and made it a great trip!

We were proud to host this event with the National Council on Aging and the United to Stop Online Scams coalition. It was part of a nationwide effort to fight online fraud, reduce shame, and lift up survivors' voices. Thank you to everyone who came, asked questions, and shared their stories.
