Meet one of the special guests joining us for THIS WEEKEND’S Veterans Camp Out! 💚

Tara Cutner is a U.S. Navy veteran, an IAYT-certified clinical yoga therapist, a sound healer, and the founder of Your Higher Ground, LLC .

During EmpoweRanch's Veterans Camp Out held at Child Crisis AZ's Whispering Hope Ranch, Tara will guide veterans through a restorative Yoga Nidra and sound-healing experience designed to support deep rest, grounding, and reconnection.

With extensive training in trauma-informed care, PTSD, breath therapy, and nervous-system regulation, Tara brings both professional expertise and the understanding of a fellow veteran to the space she holds.

We’re honored to have her joining us August 28–30 for our third annual EmpoweRanch Veterans Camp Out!

New this year is a guided, unmounted therapeutic equine and ranch-animal experience. No horse experience is needed.

If you love the outdoors but have been keeping to yourself lately, this may be a weekend worth saying yes to. If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, but you don't want to take the space of someone who may need it more, take this as your sign! A spot has opened up for YOU!

Open to veterans and active-duty service members August 28–30. The experience is free with a $25 refundable commitment deposit.
