The office is getting a little makeover!
We’re busy preparing for our Back-to-School Resident Event happening today at Park Paloma. We’re getting the decorations ready and putting together backpacks with school supplies for the kids in our community.
It may be a small gesture, but it’s our way of giving back and showing our residents how much we appreciate being part of their lives.
We can’t wait to see our Park Paloma families this afternoon and help get the kids ready for a great school year!

Park Paloma is excited to give back to our amazing residents as we get ready for a new school year!
Join us on Wednesday, August 12th at the leasing office for our Back-to-School Resident Event. We'll be giving away backpacks and school supplies to help families prepare for the upcoming school year.
Supplies are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while they last.
This is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Park Paloma community. We truly appreciate our residents and look forward to seeing everyone there!

Phoenix summers can be intense, so don't forget to stay hydrated!
One of the things I enjoy about Park Paloma is having a peaceful neighborhood park just around the corner. It's a great place for an early morning walk, enjoying some fresh air, or taking in a quiet moment before the Arizona heat really kicks in.
Whether you're heading out for a walk, exercising, or simply enjoying the outdoors, remember to bring plenty of water and take care of yourself during these hot summer days.
