🎓🥫 Horizon High School - PVSchools first-ever graduation food drive was a HUGE success! 💚✨

Thanks to the incredible generosity of graduates 🎓, families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and our amazing community 🤝, an incredible 193 pounds of donations were collected for the PV Community Food Bank 🥫❤️

We would LOVE your empty egg cartons! The food bank saves a great deal of money by purchasing eggs in bulk crates. Then our amazing volunteers assemble egg cartons from the eggs in the crates.

Thank you to UPC PVUSD for having Kay Norris as your guest speaker to share how school food drives offer critical support to PVCFB! School food drives have always been a vital source of food collection for PV Community Food Bank. They serve as a lifeline to at-risk families within the boundaries of the Paradise Valley Unified School District. This includes charter and private schools within the Paradise Valley Unified School District boundaries.

School food drives also promote team building and a strong sense of community among the students at PV Schools. School-sponsored food drives play a major role in helping us feed our hungry neighbors.
