New Vision will restore hope and promote sustainable community development through our renewable energy concepts.

We build tiny home villages for young people transitioning into adulthood, offering workforce training, mentorship, safe housing, and a loving community to support their journey. New Vision Renewable Energy strives to empower people who are investing their time, talents and treasure building and creating strong communities; and unleashing the creative power of individuals and organizations to contribute to the common good while repowering community homes and facilities with high quality renewable energy resources. We will weave the fabric of strong communities by investing in the power of neighbors joining together to develop a nationwide grass roots renewable energy movement that will empower individuals and families with the resources, education and hands-on training necessary to repower their own homes and communities.

The key to prevention isn't more rules... it's more opportunities! 🌱

Young people don't just need to know what to avoid. They need something worth moving toward. A healthy future is built through relationships, opportunity, purpose, and people who are willing to show up.

That's what we're building through Prevention Works Pathways.

Since 2020, Pathfinders have logged 9,052 hours of work, received $84,530 in scholarship funding, and 48 participants have been employed during or after the program. We've also seen an average 0.7-point increase in GPA. Those numbers represent teenagers who are:

🌱Gaining confidence
🌱Trying something new
🌱Learning how to work
🌱Meeting adults who believe in them.
🌱Making healthy choices.
🌱And beginning to see possibilities for their future.

But this work takes a community.

That’s Prevention Works Pathways.

For eight weeks, Pathfinders ages 14–18 receive paid work experience, life-skills training, mentorship, employment coaching, and opportunities to grow in their faith and leadership.

They aren't simply learning how to get a job. They're learning how to show up, work with others, take responsibility, make healthy choices, and begin imagining a future for themselves.

Since 2020, 87 teenagers have walked through Pathways. And behind every number is a young person discovering that their future can be bigger than their circumstances.

One person saw the vision and decided to invest in it.

When Charles “Chuck” Caldwell learned about the work happening at New Vision, he saw something worth championing.

He nominated New Vision for quarterly nonprofit vote, helping connect our mission with a community of supporters and ultimately leading to nearly $20,000 in donations for New Vision.

For Chuck, it was about seeing young men discover their potential, grow closer to God, and make positive choices for their futures.

This course will provide a welcoming space for residents and our community to enjoy healthy, drug-free recreation, build relationships, develop new skills, and experience the healing power of the outdoors. Residents will also gain valuable hands-on experience helping build and maintain the course.

For Ron and Linda Loggins, sponsoring a home in the New Vision Girls Village began with a simple nudge from the Holy Spirit, and grew into a commitment to help young women build a strong foundation for their future.
