Meantime on Market has been extended, and a new retail incubator program will launch this fall to create a pathway for the next generation of entrepreneurs to help reimagine the Market East corridor! The seven storefronts have been made available by the joint venture formed by Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and Comcast.

Four businesses — Almost Famous, Clubfriends Radio & Records, Love Now Media, and Siddiq's Real Fruit Water Ice — will continue to operate at deeply discounted rates while long-term development plans are made for the site, and Meantime will open the remaining storefronts to a new group of entrepreneurs as part of a free three-month incubator pilot.

Meantime on Market was funded as part of a grant from the City of Philadelphia Government.
