EDUCATE
Redeemed is focused on educating three specific populations regarding employment discrimination aimed at people living with arrest and/or conviction records. Our greatest priority is informing those who are living with arrest and/ or conviction records as to what their rights and protections are from employment discrimination. Through education, would be victims of employment d
iscrimination will become their own advocates and become the greatest facilitators of change. Secondly, we will train providers, non-profits, and other NGO’s that service people with arrest and/or convictions how to prepare their clients to identify, respond to, and overcome employment discrimination. Lastly, we will inform the general public of how employment discrimination aimed at people with arrest and/or convictions negatively impact the quality of life in their communities. ADVOCATE
Redeemed will initially focus on advocating for the usage and enforcement of all current laws and protections in place to discourage and curb employment discrimination aimed at people living with arrest and or/ convictions records. ACTIVATE
Redeemed will initiate activities that will galvanize people living with arrest and/or convictions to collectively fight for the elimination of employment discrimination.
